There are some forms and handouts that must be used for the quality Scouting experiences we have. Below is a collection of those most commonly used. Please download and print out for your convenience. Most of these are in Adobe Acrobat Reader format. Adult Leadership Resources - Forms and Handouts

      Adult Application - needed for each new adult who will be helping the troop

      Boy Scout Application - needed for each new boy registering with this troop

      Medical Form - needed for each Scout and adult attending any Troop outing

      Merit Badge Counselor Form - needed for any adults who will counsel Scouts on any Merit Badges

      National Scouting Orientation Guide - Guide to New Scouter Parents

      Policies and Procedures - Guidelines for operations in this troop

      Troop 261 Adult Training - Guide specifically for Troop 261

      Troop Medication Form - needed for adults and Scouts to document medication needed during Scouting events

      Troop Resource Survey - needed for each new adult to determine how they can help the Troop

Tour Permits

      Local Tour Permit - Troop needs to fill this out for each local excursion taken

      National Tour Permit - Troop needs to fill this out for each excursion taken beyond 500 miles
