There are some forms and handouts that must be used for the quality Scouting experiences we have. Below is a collection of those most commonly used. Please download and print out for your convenience. Most of these are in Adobe Acrobat Reader format. If you do not have this reader installed, you must do so to read these documents. National Scouting Orientation Guide - Guide to New Scouter Parents
Troop 261 Adult
Training - Guide specifically for Troop 261
Policies and Procedures - Guidelines for operations in this troop
Boy Scout Application - needed for each new boy registering with this troop
Adult Application - needed for each new adult who will be helping the troop
Troop Resource Survey - needed for each new adult to determine how they can help the Troop
Merit Badge Counselor Form - needed for any adults who will counsel Scouts on any Merit Badges
2009 Health and Safety Medical Form - Replaces Class 1-3 Medical forms
Troop Medication Form - needed for adults and Scouts to document medication needed during Scouting events
Local Tour Permit - Troop needs to fill this out for each local excursion taken
National Tour Permit - Troop needs to fill this out for each excursion taken beyond 500 miles
Uniform Inspection Form - to help those with where to apply patches to the Class A uniform
Identifying Uniform Knots - to determine the significance of the knots worn on uniforms
Troop Meeting Planner - to help plan out the next Troop meeting
Campout Planner - to help plan out the next campout
Campout Patrol Duty Roster - to plan out who does what on a campout
Campout Patrol Menu Planner - to help plan out the meals for a campout per patrol
Campfire Planner - to help plan out the next campfire meeting
Scouts Own Planner - to help plan out the next Scouts Own
Equipment Request Form - to determine if a patrol's box has the necessary items in it
